| I am a clay artist with a passion for texture, color, and detail. As a hand builder I enjoy making both functional and sculptural work using soft slab construction, coils, and pinching techniques. Finishing my work with layers of slips and glazes allows me to emphasize the texture and detail. My approach to clay, a combination of planning and spontaneity, is fun and filled with surprises. | |
